✦Voice AI agent & automationUse the customer record during a call.+

The agent can recognize a returning caller and receive their recent vehicle, open-job and message context. During a call it can look up current job status, appointments, prior texts and calls, then use configured workflows to route or hand off. For a new glass request, it captures vehicle and glass details on a job so staff can use the portal’s part lookup without re-entering the request. Direct part matching and stock confirmation are not yet agent tools.
